multi languages?

The time has come for me to start thinking about including other languages on my site. Which is the best way to do this? Which modules are the best for multi language?

any advice from anyone that has done this will be appreciated,

I think Dolphin has everything what is needed to have multi languages site. You may use Export -> Import feature from admin panel -> settings -> languages settings page to make a translation and install it on your site. Also Dolphin will display language selector in user end automatically if you have more then one active language files. You may read more about language file creation here.
