moving server issue

hi guys just moved server but have one problem

users can add photo's if they create a new album but existing albums the image upload fails, i know its a permission error but where do i set permissions on peoples albums ???

check all permissions via admin panel tools then click Permissions

It was a permissions error on the server on all the photo's and avatar's i had to ssh into server and chown all the photo;'s and videos back to apache :)
