Hello Dolphin Forum,
I'm still searching where those existing blocks (groups, events, members..)are being controlled, I went to pagecompose in my dbase, i can see the blocks, but i'm not being able to move them to other created pages. do i need a mod for this?
Thanks, laurent

RumpyBumpy thanks for your reply, but i think I did not express myself to clear on this matter.
When you are in pages builder, and you creat a new page, how can you get existing blocks ( such as the one you can find in homepage =members, groups, events, profile photos...) working in your newly created page.
I hope i'm clear enough here.
thank, laurent

It seems this is still a problem .....
Mrpowless has a tutorial I believe on adding a page manually .....
HOW TO SEARCH AND NOTE FOR NEW MEMBERS IN THE FORUMS ..... . |
Can anyone answer laurent question? I need to move an existing block (i.e. Tags) from Home to my own new page.
RumbyBumpy, seems to way off the mark here....

I'm looking for help on this same question. Has anyone found an answer to this yet? |
|
I guess it can be done by copyin git out of the database, but there has to be an easier way. I would think. |
Hello Laurent,
Kept silent found the solution since?
I have the same problem, I would like to move blocks " member " in the page "profile", I understood the manipulation in the bdd with the pagecompose table, but the on-line result does not work.
Regrettably as usual it is urgent if somebody in a solution.
Thank you

Here I am, a year and a half late... and stuck with the same issue. Anyone figure out an easier way than Mrpowless' editing scenario? I really don't trust myself enough to dive into the SQL and start changing things... I'm apt to completely turn my page into the armageddon website and destroy the interwebz.
Ended up following through Mrpowless' tutorial, figuring a reinstall really wouldn't set me back (membership is still low, and they understand page is under construction)... turned out to be easier than I thought, and quite painless! Worked a charm...
