can i start my own site where i can sell dolphin mods and dolphin stuffs.

As long as you have proper ownership of the modules (meaning that you actually own the coding), there should not be any issues with doing this.

Seriously.  You need permission from every developer involved, as it's their work, and unlike selling a car, there's the matter of endless copies.  The last person who attempted something like this didn't post for a long time.

 Unless his original post is edited, he did not state that he will be selling mods developed by others. If he is developing mods and selling them, then surely he should be able to start his own site and sell his own stuff.

Nothing wrong with that.  I usually assume that when someones says they're opening a mod shop, it's for more than their own work.  A lot of developers have their own sites where you can purchase their stuff.

yes i will develop some basic mods and sell them at a very low price. I am just planing about it, maybe i will contact a friend for working with me.
