modify menu? how to?

i don't want Blogs. Videos, Music, Groups etc.

I can't see anything in Admin to do this,

where is it all in the pages?

happy to go in there and hack it.

in the admin go to navigation menu builder under bulders tab...then drag and drop all unwanted items from active items to all Items down there below
