You can see the same video with mensagam error that appears at the top of págna. This did not happen until recently. See attached image. |
Look in /modules/error_log post what the error is there (also see if there is a session_start error). |
One thing I would ask is if you have any custom php blocks on the page? Second - I would try moving all blocks to inactive and see if error still shows. If not, then place blocks back one at a time till you get the error. caredesign.net |

Rhimpr I have no error message in modules / error_log after 31/1. So anything that has reference to the error shown now. |
so basically - from my understanding - the error message you are getting is saying that something is trying to input data into a database table, but the key field - which is unique - is already existing with the value of 413-9432bbadf967cdca42e0b0e3713d62ce. So, I would guess the next step would be to find the offending insert statement. caredesign.net |
