minor bug in mailbox contacts block

I am not seeing that on my site or the demo site, could it be something else? It is not related to the number of users, I have 4 in my system. 

u need more then 4 at least 10 per page.

Ok, so you are at the end of a 2 or 3 page list. Ok, makes sense. I don't have that many test users ;)
