membership levels

So I have been an Advanced member right up to a couple of hours ago now I am A starter  ?

They did just update the memberships, so this may be an error. Contact BoonEx using the chat icon in the lower-right.

Yes, you're still "Advanced" and will continue to be. We are implementing the new paid memberships now and some renaming didn't go quite right, but we'll sort it all out today. 

Hello... I can't find anywhere how this forum membership works... In most forum sites, it's a matter of seniority (rather, how many post the user has), but now I see there is a "new paid membership" structure...? How does this work...? I just got a private message from another user, but when I tried to reply, I got a message saying that my membership level didn't allow me to send a message... now I just look rude by not replying :-(
