membership activation

1.I see that the default membership level is  on free mode. I want to continue using it but  how do I add and subtract features from it?

2. I see there are three menbership levels now how do you activate just one of them and the rest leave it deactivated.

You have to create and activate new paid levels and set what
'free users' can/can't see in Admin > settings > Builders > Pages Builder .....
