member approval

I'd like to activate new members by the administrator manually instead of automatically. In other word, a new member has to be approved by admin first to become a member. The site will be open to a particular group ony. I don't want to any other people un-related to register.

Admin Panel > Settings > Moderation Settings > Automatic profile activation after joining > untick this box
