mass mailer problem

hello guys,

i searched in forum to a solution for my problem but i found nothing.

I can´t send mass mail why?

when i send, the mails are in queue

I use version 7.6 and cronjob is aktiv.

I´d be very happy if someone can help me or give me a link for this issue.

Deleted sessions: 511

So it's mean that you have some issues with mass mailer. Make the technical ticket on support page

i don't have CRON job on my hosting, i create on www.cronjob.de

in Url i enter this here:  http://mydomain.com/periodic/cron.php

is this right?

maybe is this the problem.

You need to create the cron job on your hosting server. The cron uses your php configuration of the server to execute it. You running that cron job directly (www.mysite.com/periodic/cron.php) will not work.

It seems you have cron job setup correctly.

But there appears to be some error with the script. I recommend you to look into this with a help of a programmer. You can write a logging script to find whats wrong there.

ok i fixed the problem.

Delete htaccess and enter Url: http://mydomain/periodic/cron.php

what htaccess you have dellete? (what folder?)

 The .htaccess file in the directory periodic.

Please keep in mind that there is a reason why that .htaccess file is there!

Yes, you shouldn't have to delete that file to get the mass mailer to work. Are you getting an email every night that the database is being cleaned up?
