make as avatar

Hello forum good day to you all i have a problem which i couldnt solve, is there anyone to help me out with these i wanted to add a link on my wap site which users would use to set their avatar (profile pics) as well remove it. i have been trying since yesterday but yet havent succeed. please some one help tell me what exactly should i do 

First of all, you said Avatar and Profile Pic.  Which one?  An avatar is not a profile photo; they are two separate animals.  Secondly, you have to pass the member info along with the link so that Dolphin knows which member is changing the avatar or profile photo.  There is already a link in the Account/Dashboard to the avatar module.

Sorry can you be more specific. {i mean avatar} am on wap so it has to be XHTML please help
