mailing by membership level from front end

Need - to be able to mail all site members - by membership group from the front end.

needs to have membership permissions on this function so admin can allow only 'gold' members for instance to mail other members by membership group.

Idealy, this should be located in the 'mail' section.

At the moment, this section is a bit under powered... only allowing you to mail a contact etc.

I have a module that allows to do this, but it doesnt have a front end presence, just an admin interface located 'in admin'.

Any suggestions?

My suggestion is to use the backend.  Is it really that much just to go to the backend?

 Yes, under the circumstance of the sites needs!

I need to have this on front end. Besides, it should be an option available to site users, not just to back end admins.

Some sites are built for use by 'front end admins'...

It could be adjusted to remove the need for payment so messages can be sent for free.

 I already have this module, its on the right track but not integrated right for my needs.

Ideally, Im looking for the function to be contained within the regular 'mail' section, so that when I create a new message to send, alongside being able to enter emails/user names as normal, I can select a membership level to send to all.

Then needs to be something that only shows for allowed memberships according to admin permissions.
