mailing all members through Massmailer?

Hi all, just a quick question:

D7.3.5: Is it possible to add all members email details to the site Massmailer without them having to sign up to the news letter?

I think there's also a button in Profile Edit that says "Receive Notifications" They're probably unchecking (or checking) that as well. Modzzz Mass Mailer has an override, but if they say they don't want to be notified, they probably mean it.

I put up an HTML splash screen with important messages with Click HereTo Continue at the bottom. Index.html overrides index.php, so just make the Click here link "index.php" They have to see the screen before they can move on, so everyone gets to see the message.
