mail compose

I have D7 RC3 and when I attempt to write mail, nothing happens. I click "send" and all I receive is a browser error. That and the errors only "appear" in IE. When using FireFox, the page still does not respond.

Above are the errors I am receiving. Can anyone help? For me, mail is very important. Without it, the site is useless.

I just did a fresh install just in case that was the problem. I didn't change any settings, I just did a basic install. Still, I cannot send mail. No reaction when I click "Send".

Anyone have a solution?
