hello,
i have a strange issue.
i am currently in oman using my mobile phone to use my dolphin site and it works fine.
i wanted someone in uk to take a look at the site so i logged out and gave them my username and password to log in.
when thye tried to log in it did not work. i then gave a different username and password and they could still not log in?
why can i log in 2 diferent accounts fine here on my mobile phone but my friend cannot log in to the same accounts in the uk? He tried his mobile phone, his lap top and his pc and none of them worked?
i confirmed i had completely logged out and cleared all cookies and cache from phone but still in uk the details said password and username incorrect!
can someone please help me. im worried no one in uk can log in!!
