loading endless

Hey,

At adminPanel the RaySuite run succesfully.

In Community all Widgets "loading" endless... All Widgets are activated succesfully i think.

The Widget Chat aleady run in AdminPanel, but not in (Non)Members-Area (Community).

Additional Info:

RMS is not activated in baseSettings, because an error is generated then.

This could be happening because you havent got it set up for viewing for non members. for instance, if you have the forum posts to show up  on your homepage, but guests arent allowed to view the forum, then when a guest views your homepage then all they will see of the forum posts is this endless loading widget box. The trick is to make it so the widgets for forum posts, or shoutbox or whatever you have in your community pages that wont load for guests (only members) is to make sure the guests cant see the empty always loading boxes in the first place, and you do this in the builders menu.

Nobody will see the loaded boxes because everybody (non-member,member,guests,...) everytime still see the endless loading widgets, only in administration-area it will be loaded. I do not think, that is the reason for...

I apologize in advance if I'm misunderstanding you since there is a language gap, but you are basically saying that your widgets are unusable right?

The admin panel is only for the settings. You will see the widgets in Ray Base whether the widgets work on the main site or not.

Have you set up RMS on your server? Do you have external RMS?

I believe this is your problem. Without RMS, your widgets will just load continuously as you've described.

I don't know whether the rms is installed. I am sure, that we do not have buy any external RMS, so we needed to install an own one, right?

The packages i found in the past, i don't have an idea how to install it...

In the admin-panel the chat f.e. run - there i do not need the RMS or why it is still runnig there?
