links.php

HI, I'm using the latest dolphin, and have edited just about everything on my site I can.

Normally I find all I need with a good search, but Im struggling with this one!

I simply want to edit the links.php page shown at both the top and bottom of the site, located at www.mysite.com/links.php

Ive gone through the language files locator tool in admin, searched for:

links

link

top

menu

and cant find anything

Ived opend up the actual links.php file and it seems to indicate that its still all driven by database, and this means there must be a file that admin can edit - anybody know the name of the language file?

Much appreciated

and yes, Ive searched as best I can on this site for answers.
