links installed

i am a novice at this , i need to know how to properly install links on my website, i have exchanged links with a few sites , however i show no links into my site from other sites in which i have exchanged, do i need to install links as well into my c-panel, i have installed links in the admin panel, in the c-panel i see dolphin script in the links page , help plz the beginner!

Go to "Admin --> Tools --> Links Page"

Click on the "Add New Link" - link in the upper right hand corner of the page that appears

Completely fill out the form and make sure to click "Save" when you're finished.

When you fill out the URL, make sure that you give the full address - such as..........

http://www.somesite.com

It's pretty self explanatory, but you asked so I thought I would spell it out in the hopes that it will help you.

I'm guessing you just overlooked some part of the process. It happens.
