Ive got this sometimes on my site, and what it seems to be related with (for me anyway) is.... You know how when a member signs ups, if you have free mode unticked and set for promotional and to verify email.(that is when a member has to verify his email, then he/she gets put on promo level) until they verify their email, then their profile page isnt created, even if you can see them in the admin> members list (the member will be set on standard because they havent verified) so if you click on that member, you will get this profile doesnt exist page. . Hope that made sense :-) |

Well to be honest, theres nothing to fix as i suspect its not really broken. This is a safety thing i would imagine, as the people who aren't getting a profile haven't verified their emails, usually because they have given you a false one. if you dont like this, then turn the feature off in the settings, so nobody has to verify and a profile page will be created for them. (you have got "automatically create user profile on sign on, turned on, haven't you?" both these above settings can be found in
