license key not loading

Having the same issue with the license info not being accepted.  Saw the info and when I follow instructions I see:

• allow_url_fopen = Off - FAIL(must be = On)  

I am not sure if changing this will have the license accepted, or how to move forward.  If changing this makes a difference then how do I change it?

Is there anything else I can do?

allow_url_fopen is needed for the license check to work. Please ask your host or sysadmin to enable it for you.
