I am guessing you meant to post in the products support topic, and you clicked New Topic instead of Post Reply. So your post ended up in the general Market and Jobs forum instead. Common error.

Either try your post again in the proper support topic, or provide the name of the Vendor and Name of product here so people reading this(including possibly the vendor) will know what you're referring to.

Or you could always upgrade to the advanced membership so you can contact the vendor directly by sending them a message.
