license help

Hi, we need help with license issues.

We did a dolphin install and activated it before we realized it had errors that required a re-install.
Re entering our license on this second install will no longer remove the Boonex adverts.

Do we need a new license?

Did a search and can't find a similar problem/solution

Also emailed support, but not sure how busy they are.

Doh!

I guess the problem was there was both a Free license and an AddFree license sitting in my account.

Once the free license was removed the Addfree license took over and the adds went away.

Maybe someone else will need this info and save some time in future. ;)
