I saw a post about keys but like many others, it was old and I cannot find such a place

It's in the first page you see in administrator.
Put your key generated in the Boonex website, done...

You have to first go to your Boonex account and list your website domain with the license key.  Then you can go to your admin and enter the license key/number.  Each license is tied to a domain.  The problem you are seeing is probably due to the licensing server not being able to verified the domain to the key.

It was the first one on the list if you check your server thru administration........if ts not enabled no communication.....oddly though there were other errors server guys said were fine but the error is in the application not my VPS.....

What was the solution to this problem please? I've just reinstalled my site and tried to reinstall the license but it refuses to move from TRIAL mode. Boonex account is showing the license hasn't been issued so I'm at a loss at the moment.

A bit more digging and I can see that my restored site isn't connecting to Boonex to validate the licence. Nor is it pulling through any feeds in Dashboard. Any ideas?

when you reinstall your site reset your license on your boonex account first and after you put your license on your site again in admincp must work after vew minutes its activated

Yes. Done that. Which is why the license is now showing as unissued. BUT, the restored site doesn't seem to want to connect to the Boonex servers so it's not revalidating the license. This seems more about a block between my site and Boonex but I can't see why that would be. All I've done is restored the site from a CDP backup.

OK, well, the issue has miraculously fixed itself so guess it was an issue with Boonex servers somewhere.
