You need to enter the license like this:

  1. Remove the current license from Administration > Settings > Advanced Settings > Variables
  2. Clear the cache
  3. Logout of the administration panel
  4. Login to the administration panel
  5. Enter the new license when asked

If this doesn't work, make sure allow_url_fopen is enabled. If you are using the same license as before, you may need to reset the license before applying it.

Hello!

Your Dolphin permanent license code is registered now, please let me know if you were able to fix the issue.
If not please, follow these instructions:

1 Log into your Unity account - Licenses section
2 Click on a current domain name under your license code. In a pop-up window click on Reset. This will remove your license current registration
3  Log into the site administration panel - settings - advanced settings - variables - Dolphin license code
4 Remove license code and save settings
5 Log out and log in again
6 Once you are logged back to admin panel you should be requested to register license code. Insert license code and click on Register
7 Log out and check on Unity if your license is associated with the correct domain name
8 In case you still have BoonEx footers on yur site pages , make sure allow_url_fopen is enabled.

Regards, Lyubov
