length of videos and audios question

I would like to increase the amount of mgb for videos and audios  to allow 30 min to 1 hour of videos.  How do I do that?

bwc - it is helpful on the forums if you post your solution, when you work out something you have done on your site, this helps each other out.  Someone here may have the exact same issue as you and are still ripping their hair out for the solution, so... if you have the time to say how you sorted the issue, it might just help someone else out which is the whole point of these forums, after all someone you help now, may in the future have the answer you need.
