jibberish PHP code???

I've poked around in my fair share of PHP file before but never saw random pieces of code like this (//èíêðèìåíò äèàïîçîíà)

Does anyone have any clue as to what this is???

It's a note that was left behind from development and not translated to english.  Just one of the develops commenting the code as they wrote it.  Since it's commented out you can ignore it.
