issues

I am having some issues with my new site....first the chat functions dont work, and the RMS for webcams dont work.  I am also trying to figure out how to upload music and videos to my site...can anyoone help me?   Please?

I was having same issue simply go in and change the camera settings and it will work again or at least it did for me and I was just crafting a forum post.....

I dont know how to change the camera settings....

Just see the video block and there are a series of buttons on the left hand side bottom left

Well for some reason I dont even have that.  I only have a button for chat....no IM button or webcam chat button like I am supposed to have....I cant get any agents with Boonex to even answer my emails.....I am very frustrated!!!!!

If you wait for them you might as well pack a bag and go on vacation I NEVER once got a good answer from my agent not once...................It seems like to me you don't have your settings right for the flash plugin.......Search this forum for the video chat settings and set them you do have those settings yes?  It is a chore to get the seetings right but once correct it will all work just make sure you have your settings and then change them in the admin setting sections for FLASH  YOU DO have a camera setup on the computer you are on right?  IS it even turned on in the flash settings video chat that is?

Thanks for the help but I found out there was something wrong with RMS on the server....they have it taken care of now.  :)
