issues like notifications inactive members groups

Hello,

I hope someone can help me fixing the following issues.

1. When a member is not email verified, he/she is still able to join other members' groups and post topics in it.
2. Inactive members are allowed to post articles also where they should not be.
   
3. When I try to update the Email templates thru admin panel, I get 400 BAD REQUEST errors.
4. I need to have more notifications like send email to member when someone invites new user, friend invite request, rejection notify etc. I would need to know how do I add these notifications?

Please please help me sort these issues.

Is anyone available from the support to help us sort the issues?

 Unfortunately there is noone available to help sort out 400 errors that relate to e-mail templates due to the fact that W3 does not recognize any such errors.  Please review your site and make all necessary adjustments  to the software until you produce a 404 Not Found Error in regards to e-mail templates.  Once you have obtained a 404 Not Found Error we will be happy to review your site. 

In the event you continue to receive 400 Errors in relations to e-mail templates please do a google search for gremlins 400 errors and consult with them, as we have no experience whatsoever with these 400 Errors.

***Note:  A 500 Error would be something we might consider reviewing, but no promises.

what about the other issues I asked for? no support for it either?
