is this normal or a bug

i click on upload video a box appears http://i48.tinypic.com/n6rqqg.png  when i select a album the other options disappear and only shows this  http://i47.tinypic.com/29onx42.png  is this normal or a bug many thanks

i would guess that would be normal - as you are selecting an already created Album - you dont have to add the other details - this should have already been done when you created the album the first time.

Correct. It's because your selecting an existing album. The other info is only if your creating a new album.
