instaltion problem

so this is the problem. I tried to install the dolphin in my gator host, the domain i bought is by go daddy but the host is by gator host. I uploaded my files to the www folder but not with the ftp like filezilla. I didn't use filezilla to upload the files, the host has an upload feature were you could extract a zip file, so I just uploaded the zip file to the web folder and extracted it. when i tried to run the file it says the file doesn't exist, and i also turn on all the permision already to 777.
