installation problem Dolphin Troubleshooter

a problem with Dolphin 6 installation it displays the following error message:
register_globals is On (warning, you should have this param in Off state, or your site will unsafe)
allow_url_include is On (warning, you should have this param in Off state, or your site will unsafe)
get_magic_quotes_gpc is Off, enable it
Please go to the
Dolphin Troubleshooter
and solve the problem.
my site is hosted at hostgator you have an idea to solve this problem? do it over 4 days that I work on that. php.ini and do. htaccess this does not
