I'm, trying to install dolphin on windows vista. In the installation manual it says you don't need to change permissions, but when I try to install it I cannot advance because it appears a window saying some files don't have the correct permissions. I'd like to know how to change them on windows vista.
I have dolphin istalled in a hosting service and it works perfectly, however I have to pay more money in order to be able to use the necessary ports for audio and video. I don't have enough money to do it. That's why I'd like to use my pc instead.
I hope you can provide some help. I don't understand a lot about computers. I only know how to change permissons in my cpanel.
