install/index.php is not there

I get HTTP 404 Error. The page is not there trying to install the free version.

What is going on you think?

Its a Windows server.

No i was installing on surftown webserver, but they say there windows Server don support PHP.

So i am going to get me a linux server also.

I never install at my mac at home. to much hastle.
