install ffmpeg.exe

Hello together,

i solved some problems with uploading - the fault was that i edit the global php.ini but this was not the one that the server use - i found a nother php.ini in /etc/php5/apache2 if somebody search too

now uploading from files over 2mb is absolut correct

the only thing now is to use the video convert - all videos i upload are being processed

i have the rights on ffmpeg.exe on 777

but i don´t know if i have to install ffmpeg.exe on my linux server or if dolphin script use this exe

if i should install a ffmpeg on my linux server than i need someone who explain me where i get the files (the right ones) and how i can install it on a linux server at 1und1

please help me with that - i search for days now but don´t find a solution how i can install

and if i had to for dolphin

you already have it..it comes with dolphin /flash/modules/global/app CHMOD 777

does your server have ffmpeg enabled and supported

All you need to do is put it into your flash/modules/global folder and chmod it 777 and it should run fine.  Nothing further needed

but you may need to confirm your server will allow you to execute *.exe files.

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
The new Dolphin solution is powered by UNA Community Management System.
