info popup box delay

Hi i have noticed a delay of 5 to 10 seconds when i place my mouse over a members profile icon , with such a delay no members will ever know this feature exists , screenshot added.

update the above guide worked great , edited the js file "functions" then re uploaded no problems. changed to 1000 , cheers
