What must I do so that when I go to my website i get my community straight away and not to click on dolphin and get http://mywebsite?Dolphin-v.7.1.0.B1/

I really dont understand what your trying to say. Please be more clear

Go to my website so you can see what I mean  www.girlpowder.org     Dolphin doesnt start straight away but Index is comming. I want my dolphin start straight away.

you have installed dolphin in a folder called Dolphin-v.7.1.0.B1/ instead of public folder if you have no members or content when you use auto installer make sure you do not check put fresh install into dolphin folder WHICH IS DEFAULT 

you can copy all files and move them to public html folder you then just have to edit the file in inc/header.inc.php
