increase video upload limit

hello guys pls i need some help...

im trying to upload video but it say my max is 20 md only my question i

how can i increase upload limit on video.. i manage to edit my php.ini

here is the value i input :

php_value upload_max_filesize 250M

php_value post_max_size 100M
php_value max_execution_time 1000

php_value max_input_time 1000

even the memory to 64mb

i tried to look on the the admin advance setting but i cannot find how to increase the upload limit pls. anyone can you help me... and want to know also what kind of videos extension can i upload that support dolphin player

you should change admin panel video plugin setting too.

Admin DashBoard --> Plugins --> Ray --> Video Player --> Settings

QT FLV WMA and a few others can be uploaded.
