When I go to a users profile there is no info being displayed

Fill in all your fields on yours and see if they appear! If not you have taken out the fields that do indeed appear. I assure you this is correct as mine shows all fields but members who have not edited their profiles show the exact same thing your picture shows or a blank page........ Csampson |
Most probably that there is problem with some 3rd-party module which shows profile info using own way and disabling default way. I suggest you to contact the module vendor and ask him to extend the module functionality into mobile ap. Rules → http://www.boonex.com/terms |
I submitted a ticket with this subject. When you select Profile info you will get 'User video' page, not profile info. It happens on iPhone and Android as well. Also iPhone application crashes when I try to choose the user to send a message. But when I search user and click 'Contact' I can send a message without problems. http://boonexpert.com |
Also on iPhone when I click on 3rd-party module icon it doesn't do anything. It works only if I click on the icon name, seems like it doesn't have 'link' on this square icon at all. It just stay highlighted.

AlexT, one more thing: when I go to the "friends" page I see all friends on one page. If I have 300+ friends Android app runs very slow because it need to load all profiles avatars at once. iPhone app loading avatars dynamically and runs almost well. Would be good to split friend list by labels ("Family", "Friends", Work", "My team" etc.) or at least by pages. http://boonexpert.com |
