iFrame in HTML block on member.php

How can I put an iFrame ( http://www.easy-date.me/ads/index2.html ) in a HTML block on member.php?
I put the iFrame code in the HTML editor and when I click on save, and re-open it's gone.

If it's not possible to put an iFrame in a HTML Block how can I put it on the page?

It work if you clear cache and cache_public folders

I did that, but still I get a blank HTML Block. ( also blank in the HTML source editor )
