i deleted my "about us"

i was trying to change the text in the about us and deleted the whole link altogether. anyone know how to fix it?

Hi, Depend which template u use... Any way, find the "temlates/tmpl_XXXXXX/" open it, in the " _footer.html " are the links for the bottom pages, and in the " _header.html " is the links from uper part of your site... This is the original contents: " _footer.html " - <div class="bottomLinks">

what are am i suppose to look for this in? i screwed it up in the manage language keys. so dont i wanna do it through that?

Yea, if you just recreate a new "_About Us" language key that doesn't do the trick?
