I don't know if Boonex runs Expertzzz or not, but you can have accounts on both forums.

They don't share account, but regardless, I paid $20 to become a contributor on http://www.expertzzz.com/forumz/

but I am still shown as a standard member, contacted support, no response.  Should just file a complain with paypal?

This website is so much better, they should shut down other website.
