html block problems

I have added alot of modules,upgraded a few times,tried to back up the site as much as i could but too many changes in a little time have effected my site.

i can not seem to add html blocks any more,lucky that istill have 2 that i can edit.

as you can see in the picture below the add block is blacked out.

That add block button and the drop down menu to the left of it is not a default feature of dolphin.

That has to be a addon that you installed. Most likley after the upgade some of the source changes that mod required are no longer present, or the mod is not compatable with the version of dolphin you upgraded to.
