how to use desktop desktop

i purchased desktop software from you..

FULL DETAILS :  Ray_Chat_Annual , Ray_Mp3_Annual , Ray_Desktop_Annual , Ray_Movie_Annual

and please tell me can i  use desktop software with these software that i purchase and also.. i already install ray addfree version.
but i am facing problem to find desktop .exe file.. i also download ray full version
please help me how i can use these software..
i want to know that is there any specific requirement for desktop of need any othere software to run like web-presence or any other please tell me i will sue these sofwares ( buy these softwares )
please tell me urgent.
