how to redirect your website

Hi, Well i was currelty wondering how to do redirect your website

for example mysite.com

i want it to redirect to mysite.com/community

automatic how can i do that?

please help me

first thing i would ask, is why you want to do that? why not just mv the site to the subdirectory and you can still utilize root for a landing page if you are not using it for anything else? other than that, its really basic, its in your htaccess please use google and look up 301 or htaccess redirect.

i think he is looking for the redirect in the cpanel to a subdomain. 

You can do it in cpanel, you can do it as dosdawg stated or you can do it at the point where you bought your domain name aka nameserver
