how to make a new block in a page

how to make a new block in a page where are only 2 blocks.

In join page only 2 blocks

in homepage 100 blocks, but i can't take blocks from the one to the other, please help.

i want to put the download button block in the join page...

What you need to do is:

1. Copy the getBlockCode_Download() function from templates/base/scripts/BxBaseIndexPageView.php
2. Add this function to templates/base/scripts/BxBaseJoinPageView.php
3. Copy the DB entry for  Page=index, Desc=Download to Page=join

The Download box is now visible in the PageBuilder and ready for use

Since this box was designed for the frontpage you might need to add/change some CSS
