how to edit the countries lists

when  you elect the country your in is there any way to edit it so that i can put for example scotland as separate from the uk and display the saltire and not the union jack?

Countries is a predefined values list.  If you go to your admin and then builders, then predefined values you can edit the country list and add in Scotland; use a language key etc.  You can then move the value up in the list using the up and down arrows.

brill done that so thanks really appreciated now how do i get a saltire to show up with scotland like the flag does for uk?

/media/images/flags; add your .gif image with the same name as the key you added to the countries list.  You want to have the .gif image the same dimensions etc. of course.
