how to edit ads categories

how do you modify or add subcategories in ads(classifieds)?

I couldn't find anywhere to edit the categories.

Try to check administration -> extensions -> Ads page -> Here are form to add categories and 2 buttons - to add subcategories and manage categories / subcategories.
