how to do this

hi all, i would like to have 2 pages come up befour my home page.... like the first page being a page about the site with the same join now and members buttons then by clicking the join now button it will go to a disclamer page then from there it will go to the join page but from the fist page if you click the members loin button it will go to the loin.    So how can i do this i cant have 2 index pages.   please help me
