how to create item in page builders

What you want to create? Its more about reorganizing block and adding new ones. 

i want to create a dropdown menu that has many items right below the nevigation menu,but i cant because there isnt any option to include items in the page builders,so i was wondering if anyone can help me or is there any module that does that.i want the homepage to look like this
